My stay at the hotel was incredible. The room was modern and clean, with a breathtaking view. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided the best Cretan hospitality I have ever experienced. The barman was especially amazing, making the best cocktails in the world. The hotel is fully renovated, and the staff was polite and helpful.

, there was a problem with the fire alarm which resulted in an early morning wake-up call at 6:00 am for no reason.

Loved the hotel beach, free sunbeds and parasols, perfect for lazy days. The buffet breakfast was a great start to the day, and the staff were fabulous.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and I must say, it was absolutely incredible. The location is perfect, right by the sea in Crete and just opposite to the beach. It's also just a small walk from the city center and there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen and balcony. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the bartender even offered me a drink on the house when I arrived. The hotel also had great amenities like room service and laundry facilities. I had a fantastic experience.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and facilities are top-notch.

Excelent, friendly staff. Helped us with everytthing we needed, provided valueable information. The size and compfort of the appartment were beyond our expectations, The excelent beach and the closeness of the old City and shopping area were another point that makes the choice of Pegasus aq preferred one. The view from the porch at the appartment on the 5th floor was magnificent.

The shower spicket was loose and water stream not stable. The mattress was too hard and pillows not in new condition. I would prefer a double bed instead of 2 beds for my wife and myself. The elevator is too small and too slow. No guests parking is available. Saying all that the overall is excelent and my wife, my 13 years old daughter and myself would recommend it whole heartedly.

The hotel presented great value. It is right on the beach and ideally located close to most attractions. The room was extremely spacious as was the balcony. The staff was extremely helpful and I would certainly come here again. Great Job Pegasus Hotel! We were very happy!

stayed at this hotel in Rethymno before, but Bio Beach Boutique Hotel - Adults Only surpassed all expectations. Staff, breakfast, room quality, and facilities were top-notch. The beach location with private beds was a bonus. Will definitely return.
